Free shipping within the United States on all orders over $150.
A flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 applies to all other orders. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
We do our best to fulfill orders within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Do to the personal nature of reusable diapers, we are unable to accept these types of returns.
If there is anything wrong with your order please send us an email within 30 days and we'll make it right.
We offer a 1 year warranty on snaps, elastics, and stitching. This does not cover tears or piling of the fabric, stains, odors, shrinkage, or other wear and tear from regular use. Warranty extends to the original owner only. Customers are responsible for sending the item to us and we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
We have mending kits available for purchase to further extend the life of well-love alpaca covers and for those purchased second hand.
