Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Shipping times may vary during restocking events or new product launches, but we always work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped; please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of $8.50 is applied to all US-based orders for standard shipping. For orders over $150 (excluding taxes and shipping charges), standard shipping within the United States is free! If you wish to upgrade your shipping, charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Package Protection & Transit Issues
To ensure your order arrives safely, we automatically include Route Package Protection on all orders. This non-refundable fee covers your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Liability: If Route Package Protection is deselected prior to checkout, Lunapaca is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Marked as Delivered: Lunapaca is not liable for packages that are stolen or missing once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. These claims must be submitted directly to Route or the shipping carrier.

Address Errors: We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Lunapaca is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. Such orders are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
Reporting Lost or Stuck Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking status of their order. You must notify us (or file a claim with Route) regarding any lost or "stuck" packages within 30 days of the shipping date. Third-party carriers and insurance providers have strict time limits; if you wait longer than 30 days to report a missing package, the insurance window closes, and we will be unable to assist you.
Order Discrepancies & Inspection Window
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any order discrepancies (such as missing or incorrect items) or physical fabric damage discovered upon arrival must be reported to support@lunapaca.com within 7 days of delivery.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
