  • Warranty & Repair Data: When you submit a repair request, we collect product details, batch numbers, and any photos or videos you provide to assess the garment. These are stored within our support records for quality control and batch tracking.

When you browse our Site, we automatically collect certain information regarding your device and interaction with our store:

  • Log & Device Info: Your IP address, browser type, access times, and the pages you view.

  • Cookies & Pixels: We use cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to track your interactions with our Site. This helps us understand your preferences and show you relevant advertisements.
